Durrell Thomas leads the staff behind SDShortSalesASAP.com to provide invaluable information to owners of San Diego County homes and to assist clients manage short sales and loan modifications. As an Accredited Buyer Representative and Regional Director of San Diego’s Oak Tree Realty Group, Durrell has worked with customers in almost every difficult home ownership situation.

He has over 15 years of corporate experience as a company controller and an additional six years of experience buying and selling financially distressed properties.  Durrell lives in San Diego and could not imagine living anywhere else.
